Jerry & Joan, of Lost Mill, will partner with Ripley C.A.R.E., Inc, in raising funds to establish an animal shelter, and to promote animal wellness, by continuing a monthly low cost spay/neuter transport, and a biannual rabies/vaccine clinic.
