Highlights of the Lost Mill String Band
And Jerry and Joan

 

Lost Mill has performed at shows along side of

some of the nations top bluegrass and old time entertainers.

 

·                2004 we had the honor of being the first Old Time Band to play at the 1st Olde Tyme Music Festival in Bean Blossom, IN at the Bill Monroe Memorial Music Park.

 

·                2004 Lost Mill String Band opened the show for Rhonda Vincent at the Scottsburg, IN Jamboree Theater.

 

·                2004 Lost Mill String Band opened for Dry Branch Fire Squad during the summer concert series in Batesville, IN.

 

·                2005 Lost Mill entertained the audience at the Sugarlands Visitors Center in the Smoky Mountain National Park, TN before the Kruger Brothers show.

 

·                2005 Fourth of July Celebration at Patriot Park Pigeon Forge, TN. Lost Mill opened the show before the Billy Ray Cyrus Concert.

 

·                2006 Lost Mill String Band was the first band, ever to perform at the BOTOfest, "Banks of the Ohio", in Louisville, KY. Entertainers on the opening evening of BOTOfest included Lost Mill String Band, Cherryholmes, Doyle Lawson and J.D. Crowe.

 

·                March 31, 2006 Jerry and Joan entertained the audience before the “four-time Grammy Award winning” David Holt concert at the Sugarlands Visitors Center in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

 

·                May of 2006 Lost Mill traveled to Branson, MO to perform at the Silver Dollar City, Bluegrass and BBQ Festival.

 

·                January 2008 Lost Mill performed at AppalachiaFest in Pigeon Forge ,TN in the Lobby of Country Tonight Theater for headliners David Holt and the Lightening Bolts, Steep Canyon Rangers, and Dr.Ralph Stanley.

 

·              Since January 2007, Jerry and Joan have been featured daily on the Gatlinburg area's Arts and Crafts Channel, local cable channel 20, in the Smoky Mountain viewing area of East Tennessee.
